forms, juggling, joke telling, the Oh-So-Fabulous One-Rehearsal-Only
Parent Choir . . .
and, of course, lots and lots of
singing.

(6:30 CALL)
WHERE IS IT?
-- Valley Presbyterian Church, 945 Portola

TAKE THE "A" TRAIN
You
must take the A train
To go to Sugar Hill way up in Harlem
If
you miss the A train
You'll find you missed the quickest way to Harlem
Hurry, get on, now it's coming
Listen to those rails a-thrumming
All
'board, get on the A train
Soon you will be on Sugar Hill in Harlem
LEAVING ON A
JET PLANE
All my bags are packed, I'm ready to go
I'm standing here outside your door
I hate to wake you up to say goodbye
But the dawn is breakin', it's early morn
The taxi's waiting, he's blowin' his horn
Already I'm so lonesome I could cry.
Chorus:
So kiss me and smile for me
Tell me that you'll wait for me
Hold me like you'll never let me go.
(oh, baby, don't let me go!)
'Cause I'm leavin' on a jet plane
Don't know when I'll be back again
Oh, babe, I hate to go.
There's so many times I've let you down
So many times I've played around
I tell you now, they don't mean a thing
Every place I go, I'll think of you
Every song I sing, I'll sing for you
When I come back, I'll wear your wedding ring.
(Chorus)
Now the time has come to leave
you One more time let me
kiss you Then close your
eyes, I'll be on my way.
Dream about the days to come
When I won't have to leave alone
About the times, I won't have to say, (Chorus)
TWIST AND SHOUT
Chorus: Well, shake it up, baby, now (Shake it up,
baby) Twist and shout
(Twist and shout) C'mon,
c'mon, c'mon, c'mon, baby, now (Come on baby)
Come on and work it on out (Work it on out)
Well, work it on out (Work it on out)
You know you look so good (Look so good)
You know you got me goin', now
(Got me goin') Just like I
knew you would (Like I knew you would)
Chorus
You know you twist, little girl (Twist little girl)
You know you twist so fine (Twist so fine)
Come on and twist a little closer, now (Twist a
little closer) And let me
know that you're mine (Let me know you're mine)
Ah, Ah, Ah, Ah, Ah
Chorus
Well, shake it, shake it, shake it, baby, now (Shake
it up baby) Well, shake
it, shake it, shake it, baby, now (Shake it up baby)
Well, shake it, shake it, shake it, baby, now (Shake
it up baby)
Ah, Ah, Ah, Ah
